An initial cost estimate is established early on to ensure the proposed project aligns with your budget.
Plan & Price
Once the scope, specification and design are agreed, we work through the detail of the project, identifying potential issues and requirements before work begins.
We then provide a detailed quotation and schedule of works, giving you a clear understanding of what is included and the anticipated project timeline.
Prepare
Before work begins, we ensure the project is properly prepared for safe and efficient delivery. This may includes coordinating the necessary health and safety documentation, access requirements and forward ordering any long delivery items.
Deliver
We manage the construction process from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality control, health and safety and day-to-day site operations.
You have a single point of contact throughout, ensuring clear communication and accountability across the project.
Communicate
Clients receive regular progress updates, keeping you informed of where the project stands and what is happening next.
Where variations, additional works or unforeseen issues arise, we communicate these clearly, provide the relevant costs and obtain approval before proceeding. This keeps you informed and involved in key decisions, without unexpected costs appearing at the end of the projec
Working Around You
Where projects take place within buildings or homes that are occupied, we understand that construction needs to work around your day-to-day life wherever possible.
We plan access, working areas and site activities carefully to minimise disruption while maintaining a safe, secure and well-managed working environment.
Handover & Aftercare
We approach completion with the same attention to detail as the rest of the project.
At handover, we provide relevant Building Control sign-off, instruction manuals and warranty information, followed by a final meeting to review the completed project.
Our relationship doesn't simply end when we leave site. If an issue arises after completion, we assess it promptly and work with you to find a solution.

You will recieve regular progress updates against our planned schedule and budget, with no chasing required. We treat your property, your people and your day to day with the same respect we'd want shown in our own homes, and work to minimise disruption wherever possible.
