The Process
At Huwga Building Co, we go the extra mile to reduce the burden on you and your family of having building work undertaken.
We understand how stressful having building work completed can be, especially when you have a busy schedule. We aim to remove as much of the stress as we can, leaving you to give your other commitments your full attention.
PLAN
The first step is to make sure we completely understand what your plans are for your new space. We will discuss all of the details with you, to ensure we are clear on exactly what you would like to achieve. If you need advice or help, we would be happy to supply it. If required, we can provide architects, engineers or other professional services for the duration of the project.
Once we have a clear idea of what you would like, we will give you a detailed and accurate quotation that explains exactly what we will do and the costs involved.

We will then plan out the schedule of work, which causes as little disruption and intrusion to your home as we can and to ensure the work is completed as efficiently as possible.
PROCEED
Once your project has started, we will keep you updated with progress and well informed on what is happening next. We will give you as much notice as possible to make any decisions required. If you would like help with these choices, we can offer advice from our extensive experience or involve a trusted third party, such as an interior designer, to help guide you through your options.
We only use trusted and approved subcontractors, who we have worked alongside for many years. We liaise directly with them, as well as any other professional services that may be required on the project, leaving you to focus on your normal day-to-day routine.

As the project progresses, we continually strive to be helpful, communicative and well coordinated; all to ensure we deliver the best possible building work, on schedule and on budget.
COMPLETION
Upon completion of your project, we will introduce you to your finished space, explaining anything that you may need to know and answering any questions you may have.

We always try to leave our sites and finished projects even cleaner than when we arrived, enabling you to enjoy your new space straight away.
